Delete My Account

Two ways to permanently delete your Solra account and data

This action is permanent. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. You will lose access to all your data, guardians, walk history, and emergency records.

Option 1 — Delete From the App (Fastest)

Open the Solra app on your phone

Go to Settings (bottom right tab)

Tap Account

Scroll down and tap Delete Account

Confirm with your phone number and OTP code

Your personal data is erased from our live database immediately after you confirm. Encrypted backups roll off on their normal 30-day cycle; no restore from those backups will re-create your account.

Option 2 — Request Deletion by Email

If you can't access the app, send us an email requesting account deletion.

How Long Does It Take?

Once you confirm deletion:

Immediately: You lose access to the app, and your personal data is erased from our live database and cloud storage.

Within 24 hours: Your profile is no longer visible to any other user.

Within 30 days: Encrypted database and file-storage backups holding a copy of your data as of the moment of deletion roll off on their normal retention cycle. No restore from those backups will re-create your account.
