Two ways to permanently delete your Solra account and data

This action is permanent. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. You will lose access to all your data, guardians, walk history, and emergency records.

Option 1 — Delete From the App (Fastest)

Open the Solra app on your phone
Go to Settings (bottom right tab)
Tap Account
Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Confirm with your phone number and OTP code

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — Request Deletion by Email

If you can't access the app, send us an email requesting account deletion.

We will respond within 7 days to verify your identity.

What Gets Deleted

What Is Retained (Anonymously)

How Long Does It Take?

Once you confirm deletion:

Immediately: You lose access to the app and all features
Within 24 hours: Your profile is hidden from all other users
Within 30 days: Your personal data is permanently deleted from our systems
Within 90 days: Backup systems are purged
